User Content Policy

📜 What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to any content you share on the Trustie Platform and Services, whether it's comments 💬, photos 📸, links 🔗, videos or any other material you post (User Content).

Posting Content on Trustie ✨

We love hearing from you and encourage you to share content on the Trustie Platform. When you do, you are solely responsible and retain all rights to your content, but by posting, you're giving us permission to show it to others, store it, save it, and use it in ways that help Trustie run smoothly.

Here's what that means in practice:

• You grant Trustie and other users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, save, perform, modify, create derivative works, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on Trustie. 🌍
• These Terms don't limit any other legal rights Trustie may have over User Content, including rights granted under other licenses.
• This permission allows us to operate, develop, and provide the Trustie Platform and Services.
• We retain a right to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including because we believe it violates our Terms, this Policy or goes against our other policies.
• Even if you delete your Trustie Profile, User Content you've shared might still be visible.

What's Okay to Post?

To keep Trustie a safe, positive, and respectful space, we ask that you only post content that is:

• ✅ Accurate and honest
• ✅ Compliant with all applicable laws
• ✅ Respectful of others (no bullying, harassment, or intimidation)
• ✅ Original (don't claim someone else's work as your own)
• ✅ Opinion that is genuinely held

What's Not Allowed?

Make sure that your User Content is appropriate and fits the Trustie Platform, we won't allow certain content including:

• 🚫 Hateful, threatening, or defamatory
• 🚫 Bullying, harassing or intimidating
• 🚫 Obscene, pornographic, or discriminatory
• 🚫 Violent, promotes violence, or contains graphic or gratuitous violence
• 🚫 Misleading or fraudulent
• 🚫 Is in any way unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, or unauthorised promotions
• 🚫 Spam, junk mail, pyramid schemes, chain letters, contests, sweepstake, or any other forms of solicitation
• 🚫 Any commercial activities or sales
• 🚫 Is otherwise offensive or objectionable

This list isn't complete, and we may not allow other content if we reasonably believe that it's not okay.

How Long We Keep Your Content 🔐

We store your User Content for as long as commercially reasonable for backup, archival, audit or security reasons even after the closure, suspension, or deactivation your Trustie Profile.

Trustie and its users can keep using, saving, sharing, and even tweaking your content if others have stored or shared it through Trustie. That means we and they can display, reproduce, re-pin, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute it, even after you delete your Profile.

Giving Us Feedback ✍️

We love hearing your thoughts on how to make Trustie better. If you share feedback, comments, or ideas, you agree that we can use them freely - without restrictions or giving any compensation to you. This doesn't mean we're giving up our rights to any similar or related ideas we already had from others, or developed by us (including our employees and staff).
